Why do drunk guys get their dicks out in public.

Was walking to the verve last nite, and this drunk bloke had his dick out on the sidewalk.
The thing that worrys me, is that i personally wouldnt do something drunk, that i wouldnt do sober, so maybe i should rephrase this question
